How can i add vst plugins, sounds samples and other products to my cubase library?

Also I'd like to know about a few new vst plugins offered by cubase. There is one called "Beatit" and another called halion one. Should i get halion one or are there upgraded halions that i should buy? I am running cubase full studio software. Last, is there is a good place online to check out samples and plugins?
