How long can bacteria last in the freezer?

Here in indonesia we have something called "coconut juice" (es kelapa) basically its peeled coconut + its juice, and we have it here as a refreshing desert/drink. My mum stored es kelapa in a plastic bag thingy (lol sorry if it's unclear) in the freezer for about a week. It's suppose to last about 2-3 days before expiring. But this time it's in the freezer for a week, do you think it has expired? considering the fact that bacteria can't live under such cold conditions... hmm.... i'm asking this because i'm dying to drink coconut juice under this hot country,
