What is the most common effects etc used in trance / house producing?

theres a lot... filter sweeps, vocal stutter, lfo controllers on the filters, filtering white noise and side chaining it or connecting the volume to another controller, or maybe automating the volume. the possibilities are only limited to your imagination! listen to some tracks and get inspired, but dont forget to but your own style in it!
