Please help with this boy no one's answering :/?

I've known this boy for 3 years, and i hadn't spoken to him for ages, and then this boy in the year below us had a party, and me and two of my friends went, and the boy i like was there, but i didn't like him at the time, and i was sat down at the party and he just came and sat on my lap, and then ever since the party we've been talking, and i really like him, and this was like 2 months ago, and he knows i really like him, and he said he likes me a bit too, and on thursday i asked him if he likes me enough to go out with me, and he said 'hmm maybes' and i asked him if he's just saying that he likes me a bit to stop me from being upset, and he said no, and he's been saying that he owes me a hug, kiss, and his lap for me to lay on, and we always have quite good conversations, and i asked him out on thursday and then his connection went, and as soon as he came back online i had to go, so i never got an answer, and i spoke to him today like a normal conversation, and he was replying, and then when i asked him about if he got my message on thursday he never replied, and he was online for like an hour after and still never replied, so i don't know what to do or think anymore, please help me!
