What Are Some Good VST Plug-ins For Scoring A Horror Film?

I'm scoring a horror short film, and I'm not the type of person to go the cheap way and just steal someone else's music. I am looking for a few VST plug-in packs that I can score our short horror film with. I usually only Direct, but this time I'm feeling both positions since I am a composer also! I need some really scary sounds for very eerie scenes!
