Autotune in audacity?

ok i've been watiching videos on how to get autotune into audacity and im stuck on the vst-bridge 1.1. exe part. i keep trying to save it into the plugins folder but it keeps saying "you're not allowed to save it in this folder. please contact the assministarter for permission" BUT I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR! please help me nooow. i need this for a school project.
