Hmm I'm confused?! and need help with what this means?

I went to a wedding tonight..I'm 16 btw if that helps? My friends cousin said his family was talking about me tonight..he wouldn't tell me what was said..said it was inappropriate for my ears and he would tell me in 4 years..? he said not bad things though promise, maybe raunchy? and raunchy means sexual.He also said to think guy talk, but good guy talk? what does this mean?!?!
